What is Maison Bonjour?
Since 2018 Maison Bonjour is the resolutely joyful signature of artist Linda Fina.
Linda trained as an interior designer, then as a creative director. She passionately imagines the bohemian and very modern world of Maison Bonjour, collections of inspired objects for the home.
Her creations have that little extra soul of one-of-a-kind pieces, fashioned from the heart and dreamed of long before appearing, as if as a matter of course, under her expert fingers.
Creations and inspirations.
Ceramics, furniture, lighting, textiles, painting – the palette is wide. Each Maison Bonjour creation is imagined, designed and manufactured entirely by hand in its workshop located between Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. The southern Mediterranean is her artistic inspiration. This inexhaustible source of multi-faceted inspiration shines through, luminous and incredibly modern, in every object. Whether in color, material, pattern or form, his creations are a tribute to the influences of the Côte d’Azur, Vallauris and post-war ceramists in particular. Roger Capron and Joan Miró come to mind.
With her deco spirit firmly anchored in her body, Linda explores and dares to mix and match with ardent curiosity and an absolute sense of style. The prism of her imagination shapes the lines of all materials, making each piece a unique and singular “beautiful object”. The materials and colors of her creations reflect a natural palette that harmonizes perfectly with the imperfect lines of these entirely hand-crafted objects.
From pure ceramics and embroidered textiles to paintings and hemp work for inspired lighting fixtures, the brand offers a whole universe for the home. A poetic, luminous and inspiring universe, with simple, graphic lines, where each piece is unique or produced in small series.
Always full of ideas and new desires, Maison Bonjour crystallizes all of today’s decorating desires: responsible artisanal production, limited editions that create uniqueness and noble materials for objects created to last.
We love the design and shapes that propel us into the Riviera spirit of the 50s.
We love the colors of the South, the earth, the sea and the sun as the ideal palette.
We love the textures and bulging curves of ceramics, odes to life and the generosity of the South!
Objects to mix with bohemian decor, rattan furniture and a bouquet of dried flowers.
